Army Reserve Redevelopment – 1120 North Church Street, Greensboro, NC

The Army Reserve located at 1120 North Church Street in Greensboro, NC is a redevelopment of Government property formerly occupied by the US Army.  LindBrook entered into an exchange agreement with the US Government to build a replacement facility in Charlotte, NC in exchange for the land in Greensboro.  This 6.5 acre exchange site in Greensboro will be redeveloped into medical office space in 2024.
